Poland's foreign minister today meets Kosovo leaders

Poland's Minister of Foreign Affairs, OSCE Chief Minister Zbigniew Rau, yesterday, has arrived for an official visit to Kosovo. He was hosted yesterday at the International Airport “Adem Jashari” in Pristina by Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Minister Donika Grovalla. Minister Rau will also be hosted by Kosovo President [...]
Minister Rau today will also be hosted by Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca, as well as by Minister Grovalla and Minister for Communities and Kthim Goran Rakiq.
On this official visit he will stay for two days in Kosovo.
Poland is in the first state group to have recognised Kosovo's independence on February 26, 2008, but has not yet opened embassys in Pristina. Otherwise last month, the inauguration ceremony for the first flight of a Warsaw-Pristina-Warsaw airline is held, which will be in service of approach and boosting co-operation between the two countries.
Poland in Kosovo also has military presence within NATO. Poland now has 247 soldiers in Kosovo.
