Municipal procurement has made changes to the tender file.
This change has occurred a day after a scripture was written Periscope for the “Rama Progress Corporation adapted the 9.5 million-way tender A to only one company in Kosovo”. It was reported setting a criterion that favoured only one company in Kosovo and expelled all other candidates from the race.
The new file is published today, and the same is charged with E-procurement with only one improvement. In technical and professional requirements, communications engineering is required to have a certificate for” installing and programming traffic devices. So the request for international certificate has been removed.

Periscop has reported yesterday that such demand is incompatible with Article 7 and 28 of the Public Procurement Law, since according to these provisions, the drafting of conditions and criteria should be made in line with the goal and directed towards ensuring the best approach for all concerned economic operators and tenderers, always in line with the standards applied by the law, and not set as criteria a certificate which only one person possesses in Kosovo.
So the periscope found that only the engineer Korab Shehu, who has companies that are participating in the public tender, has the certificate required.
Construction of the A road, expected to cost around 22m euros and will be financed by the Pristina municipality and the Ministry of Infrastructure. The first part will include the segment from Vjetrnik to the continuation of the B%” Street. /Periscopi/
