PDK warns it will submit to Constitutional next week for electricity tariffs

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has warned that I will hand over the Supreme Court's decision on electricity tariffs to the Constitutional Court.

PDK deputy Blerta Deliu-Codra has made this known, who said they will bring the Supreme decision to Constitution next week.

The Supreme Court has approved the request for extraordinary review of the Energy Regulatory Office for the decisions of the Court of Appeals and Foundation to suspend the decision to bill the new tariffs, set in February.

In a media report, the Supreme has argued the change of decision, saying that the reasoning of previous decisions has been unconventional and unconcernal.
