PDK: Dictature if the Bureau passes constitutional test

The PDK parliamentary group's lawyer, Faton Fetah, has said the Bureau's Bill on Confiscating and verifying unwarranted property, affects the constitutional limits.
We consider that some of the guarantees or constitutional rights and freedoms, such as property inefficiency, legal security of citizens, violating citizens' equality before the law, violating the principle of presumption of innocence, violating privacy rights, right to fair and impartial judgment, and violating the general constitutional competencies of the organs following<1>, Fetah said in Klan Kosova.

Lawyer Fetah said the bill says public official's lifestyle through social networks will be monitored, which according to him, affects the right in privacy and is direct intervention in the competencies of the Agency for Information and Privates.

This law excludes the Prosecutor, what the Prosecutor would have to do, makes the political Bureau of this government. It's a waste of time, of citizens, of this state and of institutions, dealing with this law. Some are hiding from the idea that they're trying not to lose votes, and they're saying we're not against the seizure process, please don't mock citizens. This bill is insulting to citizens. This bill will not pass the test of the Constitution, the Venice Commission” has said so.

All in the end, Fetahu said that if this law passes the constitutional test, there will be no more Constitutions, but dictatorship.

If this law passes the constitutional test, I think the Constitutions will not have, we will have dictatorship. So we have to choose this bill or Constitution. Both don't go”, Fetah concluded.
