According to the prosecution's request, the suspect A.D., in the village of Lzyn in the municipality of Leposaviqi on Saturday, has risked the lives of four police officials, ignoring police orders to stop the truck at a checkpoint.
The suspect during the truck escape, in which there was mainly smuggled liquor from Serbia, has twice hit the police vehicle, where police officials have suffered bodily injuries as a result.
Once the police can stop the truck in question, the suspect tries to walk up the mountain, but without success because they are arrested by police.
The suspect's lawyer, Nebojsa Vlajjic, has made it known to Kosovo Preress that politicians' statements about this process do not contribute to justice.
The release of statements by politicians in Kosovo about who should stay in custody and who not, as well as prejudice from the beginning, does not contribute to this process and pressured both the prosecutor and the court on how to conduct themselves in this process, Vlasic has said. / KP
