Mollyqa: Ruling party used police politically, security cameras stopped at NPB

Social Democrat Party Chairman Dardan Molyqaj, together with Chief Chief Project Kukaj, have presented a case of political and illegal police use by the Vetevendosje Movement. Moliqaj has said that in the raid, which has been conducted in the Kosovo Public Company, Kosovo Police have shut down security cameras for about an hour.
“Crime starts politics and violates all legal and penal code norms. We all know that thieves when they enter the house or institutions stop security cameras, all we know is that every time the police decide for the raid, she gets the media, and what happens at the public residential company, the police land without media presence, the police haven't announced. Find me a raid the police didn't report to the media. For about three hours standing there, for about 55 minutes, police turn off security cameras”, he said.
PSD Communications:
As never before, Kosovo Police, violating any rate, conduct operations. Such an action only increases suspicion of the police institution. Three days earlier, Kosovo Police implemented an order by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo to control the National Public Company. In an unprecedented move, Kosovo Police, during the implementation of this order, have violated any legal norms of any Criminal Code article in this special war.
Initially, as has never happened before, Kosovo police conducted raids on a public institution without warning the media, and to this day no public statements have been issued. But, as seen with the Vetevendosje conference today, Kosovo Police have committed themselves as spokesman for Prime Minister Kurti's assistant husband, who had also taken a Kosovo MP hostage at that conference.
Second, of about three hours of raids, Kosovo Police have turned down security cameras inside for 55 minutes. The NPB has banned access to its officials on two floors of the building. This is a flagrant and dangerous violation of the Penal Code that raises doubts that Kosovo police have gone there to mount evidence, not to find them.
The contract in question of NBP has been confirmed by both the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and the Court of Appeals, which is in full compliance with the laws in force. But this is not a legal battle. We are witnesses that the power of Vetevendosje has instrumentalised and criminalised Kosovo institutions, effectively turning them into bandits, only to wage special war against the Social Democrat Party and its officials.
We encourage the Kosovo police to investigate the NBP because we have nothing to hide. But legal violations, introducing institutions as bandits by turning off cameras and stopping NPB officials from accessing the facility, we will never allow it.
