Ahmetovic has specifically requested candidate country status for Bosnia, visas for Kosovo and the start of membership negotiations for Northern Macedonia and Albania, as well as speeding up the integration process for Montenegro.

When it comes to the condition that Serbia recognises Kosovo to become a full member of the EU, Ahmetovic's stance is also clear.

And if Serbia does not want to make a decision, it will be difficult to take the next steps. I candidly say that if Serbia says it will be on the EU side, that it will impose sanctions on Russia, then we are here and we can move forward”, Ahmetovic added.
