“In the direction of Slovenianks, enemy units are trying to establish control over all regions of Bohorodychne, Mazanivoka and Dolyna through operational attacks”, the Ukrainian Army said in a statement Monday.
The focus has now moved towards the towns of Slovenansk and Kramatorsk, the two most populated centres in the area.
The enemy is regrouping troops to continue the attack. To that end, a tactical group has moved from the Izzyum region to Snzhkivka and additional artillery units have been displaced”, the report says.
After the capture of the city of Lysychanks, Russian forces now control almost the entire province of Luhansk, facing little resistance. /Periscopi/
