As “N1” broadcast, Lajcak also praised that the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the most strategic process in the region.
According to him, two urgent issues are the start of negotiations on the accession of Albania and Northern Macedonia to the European Union, as well as visa liberalisation for Kosovo, the Telegraph broadcast.
According to him, the time has come for the European Union to restore the credibility of enlargement and partners to do their job in reform seriously.
Lajcak said the EU should finish unfinished work when it comes to the integration of the Western Balkans.
In a text to Titter, from the Dubrovnik Forum, Lajcak said the war in Ukraine changed everything and turned EU enlargement into a political issue.
“We were alone for a long time. This can't go on. We must finish our unfinished work when it comes to the integration of the Western Balkans”, he wrote.
