Kurti violated the Law when signing for Nikci Chief Inspector, cancelling the decision is required

As a result, the Independent Council for Civil Service of Kosovo after an extraordinary monitoring based on the case paperwork has called for the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo to reverse the Kosovo Government's decision to appoint Hekuran Nikci as Chief Inspector of the Labour Inspectorate.
This was after such a position entered into the framework of the top positions of the Civil Service and as such is subject to judicial order for public officials. Given that, the Government of Kosovo's decision to appoint the Chief Inspector of Labour Inspectorate without recruiting procedures is a violation of the Law on Public Officials, Express reports.
We remember Nikci was named in May to the position of Chief Inspector of the Labour Inspectorate.
The Government communiqué said Nikci was nominated to this position for a four-year term.
The first decision adopted at today's meeting, with the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, has been appointed Chief Inspector of the Labour Inspectorate in the Republic of Kosovo. Under the decision, Mr. Iron Nikci has been appointed to this position for a four-year term”, the announcement said.
