According to KPM findings, the following licenses have failed to meet the legal obligation to bring the annual report to this institution.
At the 12th meeting of this commission, the KPM has therefore initiated legal cases against those licensed for violations of the KPM Law:
Radio Dardania, Radio Helix, Mbtv, Radio Borzan, Radio Kacanic, Radio Kacanic, Radio Ruff City Radio, Tv Vali, Tv Lav, 1 Tv, Rahovec Channel, Link Produccia, Connect 3, Isp Broadcast, Ipt Tech II.c, Vision Tv, Max, Kosovo Telekom chess Channel, Kosovo Telecoms Llv. Telekom, Emonos, Sws-1 plus Comnets, Radio Ante, Radio FM Radio Radio, Radio Radio, Radio Two, Radio FM Radio, Radio, Radio Telekom TV, Telekom Telekom, Telekom Telekom Telecommunications, Tep, Tvtsc, Tvovov, Tv, Tvts, Tvts, Tvtvatva, Tv, Tvt, Tv, Hongva, Hongt, Hongt, Hongov Radio Radio Radio Radio Radio, Radio, Radio Fot, Radio Fot, Radio.
Also, the Commission, after reviewing these cases, decided that all of the above-mentioned licenses would be sanctioned by remarks as it ordered all these media to forward the annual report within the 10th deadline.
The “are also ordered by all of the above-mentioned licenses in ten (10) days to hand over the annual report for the year 2021 complete, as determined with Article 28, paragraph 1 and 2 of the KPM Law”, said in the KPM communiqué run by Chairman Jedvat Latifi.
