According to the boards presented, the total number of mobile phone users at the end of the first quarter -TM1-2022 is 1,732,119, respectively, for CHA12.30% lower compared to the same period last year -TM1-2021. Like the number of users, the penetration of mobile phone services in the reporting period has marked decline compared to the previous quarter, while with the same quarter of last year there is also a decline. The payback of mobile phone services is now at 95.4% of the population.
As in TM4 2021 and TM1 2022, the decline trend of fixed telephone taxpayers has continued. The data for Kosovo's fixed phone penetration rate in this quarter is 4.01%. The fixed phone penetration rate in Kosovo continues to be very low compared to the countries of the region, especially with EU states.
The number of internet lines with fixed generation access wide to TM1 2022 reported by operators has been given in the following picture, and marks the figure 370,779 Internet taxpayers.
