All Kosovars under 18 years of age must be equipped with passports to pass to Montenegro

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore announces all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that for the border crossing in Montenegro, even children under the age of 18 should be equipped with a valid travel document.

Montenegro has suspended its earlier decision, under which children under the age of 18 from the Republic of Kosovo are allowed to cross the border only with birth certificates.

The decision to enter Montenegro of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, including minors, with only valid travel documents, is already in effect.
