On Monday evening (27.06.222), a police patrol at the Cham municipality of Zug Canton has stopped a truck and, in that case, checked the three people there, broadcast albinfo.ch. Police have discovered that one of them had a ban on entry into Switzerland that was valid until July 30th, 2024.
The 27-year-old Kosovo, however, has entered Switzerland on 4 June 2022 by train from Italy. He has also declared that he had worked as a worker on the docks, without mandatory work permits, writes Zugu Canton police in a communique.
He was arrested and fined by the short procedure judge of the Zug canton public prosecution for violating entry regulations, deliberate standing in Switzerland, and unauthorised employment.
He was further expelled from Switzerland by the Zug Canton Migration Office. Rather, he has been deported to his country, Kosovo, last Friday (1 July 2022). The ban on entry for Switzerland and Schengen countries has lasted for another two years until the end of July 2026.
His employer outside the canton is also responsible. He is accused of violating the law on foreigners and integration. /Okinfo. ch
