Hoxha has said that the use of anyone's Wi-Fi is denied, but especially of neighbours.
“The use of the bucket Wi-Fi and not only of each person's Wi-Fi, without permission, is not allowed. Especially the W-Fi of the union is not allowed, because the punishment and sin is greater” he declared.
