There has been a time when, at the increase of prices, citizens also denounced water service deprivation in cafes, especially those in the capital.

But the government made a decision yesterday: gastronomial establishments will serve water free of charge from faucet.

For this, many jokes have erupted, but beyond the mood there were reactions like this of Valon Syla, which says such a logic that dictates decisions for the private sector, is against free market.

Albin Kurti's ruling logic was with administrative instruction and government decisions to dictate the private sector, such as this case with water in gastronomy, is against free market, competition, and especially against private property and freedom.

Few were the locals that haven't served water, but that's fine for the market itself that people who drink water don't go to those places anymore, but go and serve in the locals where this water is served.

Gastronomic locals are private property. Prices, services, closed or open - door work type, use of It's all the personal decision of the owner, who is sovereign on his own.

The laws they have to respect are only about hygiene, taxes, other technical issues such as fire protection, order and quiet, and some other environmental laws... for others state rights to order businesses, in this case gastronomy for menus, service style, or delivery of products, even water from the water supply. It is a violation of free entrepreneurship and private property that is holy even with the Kosovo Constitution.

And the craziest bullshit, it turns out, is that this proposal is made by a doctor who comes from America, where these things are strictly prohibited just to respect the freedom and the integrity of man and his property.

The decision is against these freedoms so antiliberal and anti-liberal. This is the dogmatic nature of the VV government and Kurti 2.
