During this meeting, the Prosecutorial Council has established the investigative panel for the development of the disciplinary procedure against Chief Prosecutor Buzhala.
Also, the KKP has made a decision to suspend Chief Chief Prosecutor of the Gjakova Constitutional Prosecutor Ramiz Buzhala.
Following the suspension of Chief Prosecutor Buzhala, the Prosecutor's Council has ruled on the nomination of the prosecutor, Enis Gashi, the task attorney of the chief prosecutor of Gjakova Foundation Prosecutor.
Also, the task of KPK Secretariat General Director after cancelling the contest has begun the disciplinary procedure against members of the civil service's selective commission for development of the recruiting procedure, for the professional co-worker position for Founding Prosecutors in Gjakova, Prizren and Peja. /Periscopi/
