This decision, as AIP announces, goes into effect seven days after accepting the decision.
With the amount of three thousand MPJ euros has been fined because of failing to implement the decision No. A-272/2022 for silence on the demand for access to public documents.
While ten thousand euros has been fined for failing to implement the No.272/2022 decision and for unable to realise the right to access public documents.
From the AIP say that the MPJ, despite the fact that it was warned that there were seven days of deadline to live up to the complaint party's demand, has not implemented the AIP's decision.
Request has been made by the Insander portal and required “The diplomat's travel spending (studies). Parent Sadriu from February 2019 to February 2022”, Express reports.
