Edi Rama's party sends resolution against Dick Marty's report to Parliament

The next “of our past stand for assessing the legitimacy of the heroic and liberation war of the KLA and re-insulating our stance that no parallel can be established between inhumane massacres, ethnic cleansings, deportations, murders, rapes, plunder and war crimes, by leaders and members of the official Serbian war machine and its paramilitaries during the war in Kosovo, on the one hand, and the integrity of the KLA's just cause of war in response to the lives and freedom of the people in Kosovo, on the other hand of<>

So begins the document, deposited by the Socialists in the Parliament structures.

According to the argument, based on the principle that any suspicion of crimes should be made white by the law bodies according to the principles of the regular legal process and that there can be no endless issues in the investigation, but that any process should end once, in order for people to find the force to agree and live together, healing the wounds of the past.

Considering the report, following the logical stream, the document also adds that all claims filed by Dick Marty in the report are unexplained, untested and groundless in evidence and evidence.

As a result, they must be named such by all international institutions.

To that end, we propose this “Resolution on the groundlessness of claims on illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania”, followed further.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is required through the document to implement a following report and review the resolution.

It also urges the Albanian Government to remain fully committed to assisting justice and identifying responsibility for all crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia, and reiterates its call for all interested ones to co-operate with the International Mechanism for performing the remaining functions of criminal courts (IRMCT) within its jurisdiction.

Eleven MPs are signatories of the draft resolution, including the chairman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla.

The other names are Mimi Kodeli, Clotilde Bushka, Etilda Gjonaj, Blendi Klosi, Etjen Xhafaj, Petro Koci, Hatage Konomi, Bardil Kolcaku, Ilir Pendavinji and Arben Pellumbi.

Albania committed

On June 22nd, 2022, it was Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who suggested Tirana would address the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, regarding the insubordination of Dick Marty's report.

“We are preparing a resolution for Albania's Parliament and will personally go to Strasbourg, in the first case, I hope in September, to address the Council of Europe for a fact that becomes increasingly disturbing, which is the total insubordination of the Dick Marty-t” report, Rama initially found.

The Commissioner for Human Rights is an institution within the Council of Europe.

He is mandated to promote awareness and respect of human rights in member states.

The Albanian prime minister at the time also stated that in Dick Marty's report, there are no kind hands with Kosovo and Albanians.

“We have the whole right to believe that there are unfriendly hands with Kosovo and Albanians, who have released this report”, the head of government said initially.

Rama blamed the Russian influence on “the gem of a yellow house and organ trafficking”.

“Given that the organ trafficking charge is repeated on the part of Russian influence, as well as given that in the indictment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, there is not even a fact related to Dick Marty and his report, it was the reason why all the way to go to Special Court”, the prime minister added.

According to him, for this one must open his ears and hear, as that tribunal was designed to answer Dick Marty's charges.
