According to the announcement, Blinken has thanked Kosovo for expecting Afghans, staying and supporting Ukraine.
It also shows that at the meeting it has been talked about the importance of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue facilitated by the EU, which should have mutual recognition in the centre.
“State Secretary Antony J. Blinken has today met with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Washington, DC. Secretary Blinken stressed the stable partnership between the United States and Kosovo, and the secretary thanked leaders for their strong support for Ukraine and generous reception of Afghans. They discussed the importance of the EU facilitated dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, with a mutual recognition centre, on the road to Euro-Atlantic integration”, the UN report said.
