Beden will meet with his prince and father, King Salman.
Two years earlier, Biden had been a harsh critic of Saudi Arabia for the murder of writer Yamal Khashoggi in 2018 by Saudi agents, writes BBC, broadcast Express newspaper.
The prince denies involvement in the murder, but American intelligence concluded he approved it.
The topics of discussion for leaders will include energy supply, human rights and security co-operation.
Saudi Arabia is the world's largest oil producer and the effort to restore relations comes after the rising oil prices, which were caused by Russia's war in Ukraine.
The US is expected to push Saudi officials into engagement to increase production.
