Court makes decision on former prosecutor Ali Rexha who threatened the state prosecutor

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has appointed a security measure against defendant A. R Pristina July 21st 2022 In Pristina, the Criminal General Department after the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request against defendants A.R, due to suspicion that it carried out the Kanosja criminal work by Article 181 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, has acted on the request for the ban on approaching country or the designated state prosecutor at the Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutorship in Pristina<1>, to have to appear in the Court's announcement.

The trial of the preliminary procedure has approved it as based on the request of the state prosecutor and indictee A.R has assigned the safeguard clause to approach the country or the designated person, in length of a month. Against this act, the parties have a right to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeal, through the Foundation Court in Pristina”.

This security measure imposed on former prosecutor Rexha will last a month starting today.

This measure, according to this action, will take a (1) month, starting on 21,07.2022, by the date 20.08.22.”, it is further said.

Former special prosecutor Ali Rexha was arrested yesterday during days after the same prosecutor had threatened in the Office of State Chief Prosecutor Lulzim Sulejmani.
