Through a statement, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry expresses concern with the situation in northern Macedonia, where malicious acts are taking place as Sofia and Skopje try to find an acceptable solution through dialogue.
Among other things, the statement says such manifestations will become part of the past, and the two countries will be able to open a new page in their relations, based on mutual respect and genuine friendship.
On Monday, North Macedonia Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi met with leaders of parliamentary groups to discuss the French proposal.
During these discussions, a date was not determined when the government's plenary hearing for the negotiating framework proposal for membership in the European Union will be held. /Periksopi/
