Beden made his statement with Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid on the second day of his visit there.
Israel considers the Iranian nuclear programme its biggest threat, though Iran insists it is peaceful.
The US president will hold talks with Palestinian officials Friday ahead of a controversial visit to Saudi Arabia.
Biden outlined a set of strategic commitments supporting US relations with Israel, his closest regional ally, in a document known as the Joint US-Israeln Jerusalem Strategic Partnership Declaration, reports the BBC, tranmeton Klankosova.tv.
He also pledged that the US will co-operate together with our other partners to cope with Iran's destabilising aggression and activities”, including the use of Iran of “terrorist organisations such as Hezbollah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad”.
The United States and Israel have long accused Iran of state-sponsored terrorism in the Middle East and beyond. Iran provides funds, training and weapons for Lebanon's powerful Hezbollah movement, and Palestinian groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip.
Iran denies that it sponsors terrorism and says the organisations it supports are resistance groups fighting Israeli and American aggression.
