As early as the morning hours of this Sunday, there were rows of miles of vehicles on the highway, mostly at the Mamanas curve after some vacationers choose to take a beach in Lallez Bay.
Traffic also has a superstrade from Milot to Lezha because of the influx of vacationers to the coast of Stignin and Tale.
Effective road police have been established to help alleviate movement at various points.
