We're going to go to the bank, tell them we didn't die”

In a writing, great actor Mevlan Chanaj tells of absurdity in Albania, where pensioners should go to the bank to claim they are alive. I'm going to pull money from the ATM! I see I didn't have enough to pull. I thought I didn't go to the bank, tell them I'm still alive! [...]

I'm going to pull money from the ATM! I see I didn't have enough to pull. I thought I didn't go to the bank, tell them I'm still alive! Pensioners should go twice a year to claim they're alive! I don't understand this nonsense because in Albania, you can't be sent to that world without a municipal certificate!
Can't the bank see the month's escapes on the computer or the municipalities don't take records! How offensive this bureaucracy is!
Anyway, tomorrow at the bank I confirm I'm still alive, otherwise there's no money movement in the ATM! I hate it, but I still need this fucking money!
