I'm going to pull money from the ATM! I see I didn't have enough to pull. I thought I didn't go to the bank, tell them I'm still alive! Pensioners should go twice a year to claim they're alive! I don't understand this nonsense because in Albania, you can't be sent to that world without a municipal certificate!

Can't the bank see the month's escapes on the computer or the municipalities don't take records! How offensive this bureaucracy is!
