He has also talked about recognition work and cited the fact that Kosovo is still denied freedom of movement without visas. Mandl has said the visa promise for Kosovo has not been kept and that the message the European Parliament will deliver today will be very important.

This country has been recognised by more than 100 countries, including Israel. This is a country that has yet to be recognised by a small number of EU countries. This country is the only Western Balkan country not enjoying freedom of movement without visas. This country has been given promises of this, which have not been kept.
