AKP, KDR signed inter-institutional co-operation agreement

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, Mr. Nazmi Miclovci and Kosovo Judiciary Council chairman,

Albert Zogaj, who praised co-operation between the two institutions, stressed that with the signed memorandum, efficiency will be increased in examining the materials for completing the process of liquidating companies on the part of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The goal of this memorandum is to define inter-institutional co-operation between the Kosovo Judiciary Council ( KDP) and the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) with the aim of efficiency and economy of procedures, which are designed to be achieved with the commitment of several graduating Service/Jurists providers in the Special Chamber of Court

Supreme, in terms of administrative issues in the process of liquidating social companies.

The AKP as an independent agency and KDK as an independent institution expressed readiness to continue co-operation to inter-institutely, with the aim of achieving common goals that is the timely addressing of subjects near the Supreme Court's Special Chamber. /Periscopi/
