Through a Facebook post, it has joined the media lawyer, Butteran Kusari, saying the process has been nontransparent, unprofessional and with many biased questions for candidates.
Bytyqi has participated in the process of selecting the new board, while adding that he has not signed the document, as well as abstained in protest of the process.
“Determination, this great devastating. Today, I was part of a very important and extremely disappointing process, that of the RTK board member commission, board enforcement, a non-transparent and non-professional process, outside of what we as a group have forms, at the same time violating the practice of the British who oversees these processes. In the face of such a situation, I didn't sign into the record and I abstained”, she wrote.
Media rights lawyer Butterie Kusari has declared that today it has begun to try and destroy the RTK board by the Vetevendosje Movement.
As she explains, the deputies responsible are: Fitim Hajrizi (head of the ad hoc commission), Arberesh Kryeziu, Niazi Isaac, Erdjan Galushi, and Besim Muzaqi.
She showed that today she has monitored the interview of candidates for members of the RTK board (fulfillment of the board), said the process has been extremely unprofessional on the part of majority and non-transparent deputies.
According to her, the deep level of recession in transparency and organisation compared to the first process of selecting RTK board members in November last year, which was organised in a fantastic manner.
Kusari added that the positioning of candidates has been done in a nontransparently and absolutely unmeritably.
- Absolutely not. Also, the interview has been conducted by violating British practice, since candidates have been asked different questions, a method that does not allow objective and professional assessment and is done with certain political agendas. This thing that was proven”, Kusari wrote on her Facebook.
Kussasri, among other things, stressed that it is unacceptable to extend on one side the invitation to apply to public recruits by promising meritocracy and inviting professionals to apply and to assemble processes in which candidates are not valued on merit grounds.
“Only The VV has the ability to destroy its good work with RTK so far. This development will be reflected in detail in all international estimates.
The deputies responsible are: Fitim Hajrizi (head of the ad hoc commission), Arbene Kryeziu, Niazi Isaac, Erdjan Galushi, Besim Muzaqi”, she added further.
“AAK MP Albana Bytyqi's fair decision and LDK MP Agim Veliu have warned they will not sign the process. The process should be repeated if the VV does not want to destroy the wonderful work it has done so far with RTK”, Kusari concluded.
