A nine-year-old boy lost his life around 6:00 yesterday as a result of the lightning strike in the village of Kradennik in Montenegro.
The child was with other family members in a meadow near the house when the lightning struck, reports Vijesti.
As the family worked in the field, a storm had begun.
The emergency team was taken to the village.
“The boy was taken without signs of life. Unfortunately, neither intensive care nor all the efforts of doctors have produced results and have been left with only confirmation of death”, the Bjeloplje Hospital said.
