The school to reach the doctor's title is long. But this is not the only challenge of hundreds of whitemen who, after completing their studies, became unemployed.
The chairman of the Oda of Doctors, Plerat Sejdiu, says 598 unemployed doctors are registered in this organisation, and of them 42 experts in various fields. This situation according to him is unacceptable and lack of management.
“Pesh. Regional hospitals complain that there are no gynecologists, and we have more than 11 unemployed, many closed ambulances, the doctor has unemployed, and when the shooting has to have incentives and the condition of service should be respected in health institutions when specialisations are performed”, he says.
Sejdiu even wants the condition to be respected that after specialising health professionals be engaged in institutions where there is a need.
This is on the table, but the specialisation board needs to be monitored why the condition was not respected for doctors to engage where it needs to be”, he claims.
While, Xhemajl Selmani from the CKUK union says action must be taken by the ministry to change the situation.
The “must have a developmental plan which should be followed in stages so that doctors don't get laid at”, he said.
Selmani points out that these problems are the result of the sector's priority failure.
“Se has this priority health government”, he said.
RTK has tried to take the positions of some unemployed specialists, but they have not wanted to be promoted to the issue. /rtclives
