As Francetvinfo writes, most of them were Albanians where there were 48 immigrants on the 5-foot boat, with 43 men and only five women.
According to the mayor of Le Treport, Laurent Jacques, the boat had engine problems, while rescue teams were provided medical assistance and a bus was asked to be taken to shelter.
