In a virtual address to the UN Security Council, Zelensky has urged the UN to deploy an international tribulal to investigate “the actions of Russian officials on the land of Ukraine” and to hold the country responsible, writes The Guardian.
Ukrainian president has also called on the United Nations to visit the site of the attack on the mall in the town of Kremenchuk.
