Sources within the Prosecutor's Office say the signal that this case occurred yesterday in the village of Top Miradi was denounced by a 52-year-old man who reported being sexually assaulted by a family member of her husband.
The event allegedly occurred in the evening hours, while the latter was a guest in the victim's family, when the same one touched and harassed her with words, which disturbed her.
In the face of this situation, and because this is allegedly not the first time the young man has harassed her, she decided to call the police and ask for help.
As soon as he gets the information, the police have been activated and invited the suspect into an interview where, during the statement, he denied that he had any intention to molest him sexually, even though he claimed to have touched him.
Against him, the prosecutor has decided to launch investigations into criminal work “sexual assault”.
