Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq warned today that Kosovo will be visa-free on June 23rd.
In marking the anniversary of Kostunica's Battle of Serbia, Vuciqi was asked what he expects from the meeting of EU and Western Balkan leaders on June 23rd in Brussels, and his response was: “for the first time nobody knows what will happen, I can only speculate. Now I am waiting for Pristina to be rewarded with visa liberalisation and to explain how it will reward them rather than others”.
Vuciq, among other things, commented on German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's statement of recognition of Kosovo, saying it is ours to negotiate.
