Asked by reporters what he expects from tomorrow's dialogue in Brussels, Vuciq has responded that he expects everything to be okay unless, as he says, the Kosovar side “has something again” by finding the guardian “in case there is no deal.
“I hope we can reach a deal, because this would be the first agreement on some basic things, which would be important”, Vuciq said.
Addressing the EU Summit where the six countries of the region are invited, Vuciq stressed that it is “very interested in what will happen Thursday, at the EU Summit and Western Balkan leaders, because, on the basis of that, he says, he will be able to conclude what European architecture” will be.
According to Vuciq “this will probably be the most important and interesting day in the last 10 years at the European level. Because then we'll see what the architecture of Europe is like, understand what's coming to us and understand our country better, without underestimate or overestimated us or those”.
But Vuciq has been asked whether Brussels will go, saying it has received an invitation but has not yet decided.
Before making a decision, I will talk to the leaders of “Open Balkans, as well as with members of the government of Serbia”.
“I want to consult with the government, but also with the people of the Open Balkans, to make decisions on whether we will go to Brussels and what position we will take”, he said.
The Serbian head of state has been asked for “fluks of special envoys” that have appointed various states.
He said he fears that the larger the “vision of special envoys for the Western Balkans, the less valid and good proposals it will have for Serbia.
I think everybody shows a lot of concern, and sometimes I feel like a lot of mom, a lot of kids. We'll see”.
