Today and tomorrow, Balkans Open Summit is missing only Kosovo

Besides Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina will now participate.
These two countries have so far rejected this initiative. And Kosovo continues to oppose it.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has rejected the request of Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski that Kosovo join this initiative.
Meanwhile, from the presidency they have said Tuesday that the Open Balkans serve Russian hegemonyn”.
