Creating a permanent headquarters for the Fifth Corps of the American Army in Poland;
Placing an additional rotating brigade in Romania;
Placing two additional F-35 air force units into the United Kingdom;
Increasing rotational locations in Baltic;
Sending two additional marine destroyers to Spain, increasing the number from four to six;
Additional air defence deployment in Germany and Italy.
