In his speech as Nishani is being forwarded to his apartment, Sali Berisha appeared tearful, who, out of grief, could not finish his speech.

Berisha said Nishani was one of his closest friends and associates, whose absence would be felt not only in his family and relatives.

In honor of Nishan, two hours of worship was performed in the presidency this morning, while parts of the condolences became the highest heads of state.

The government today declared a day of national mourning in honour of former President Nishani, who has also held top positions in the government, as justice minister and order.
