The Special Court is keeping the former heads of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) in custody, including Hashim Thaci, former KLA political chief and former president of Kosovo.
Recently accused of “crimes<x1nd war> has visited Kosovo's chief parliament, Glauk Konjufca.
He has said that former KLA members have the will to overcome this situation.
In addition, the Special Court is also judging the former KLA leaders, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, charged with “access to justice”.
