Kosovo Pension Savings Trust (TKPK) has gone down. The Trust's stock value has actually dropped to $1,03309, while on January 1, 2022, the price for the entity had gone to 1,722244.
The overall value of pension contributions under management T The KKP has reached about 2.2 billion euros, while the number of accounts active in this institution is over 375 thousand.
The Kosovo Central Bank in April had reported that Trust losses this month by April are more than 60m euros, while from the drop in shares in June such losses have only deepened, reports FrontOnline.
Otherwise, last week the opposition's initiative in the Parliament has failed to withdraw up to 30% of pension savings from citizens, as deputies of the position voted against.
There has already been a petition, aimed at gathering about 10,000 citizen signatures so that the Trust issue can return to the Assembly in the fall.
