He first spoke of primary care in health, which he said is at the top of the importance of health needs. He compared this to the importance of Grandma.
We're talking about the pillars of health transformation, we're taking primary care like Grandma, we never speak well of Grandma, but we all respect her. That primary care is the most important issue in health. The next most important step, primary care for the prevention of diseases, which we here in Kosovo we have a private need to deal with:”.
Latifi said that those who work in primary care -- those who are interested in being successful -- this minister will cost the greatest possible interest.
He said that he has had a lot of hard work in the last six months and that he is working on many roads that he needs to go through to transform health.
Latifi cited improving the laws on health, infrastructure and co-operation with other countries.
