Rifat Latifi to commission: Most important primary care, it's like Grandma's job.

He first spoke of primary care in health, which he said is at the top of the importance of health needs. He compared this to the importance of Grandma.

We're talking about the pillars of health transformation, we're taking primary care like Grandma, we never speak well of Grandma, but we all respect her. Latifi said that those who work in primary care -- those who are interested in being successful -- this minister will cost the greatest possible interest.

He said that he has had a lot of hard work in the last six months and that he is working on many roads that he needs to go through to transform health.

Latifi cited improving the laws on health, infrastructure and co-operation with other countries.
