The Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must be fully engaged to lobby for recognising the country's independence from states that still have Kosovo's citizenship dilemma.

All of this according to political affairs connoisseurs in the country, because Serbia has never stopped asking for Kosovo's recognition.

Political affairs acquaintance Shemsi Jashar in an interview for Online Economy has said that after the Washington Agreement expired, institutions have begun the lobby campaign for recognition and membership, but that this is not necessary.

He adds that the activism of the Foreign Ministry is especially necessary at this stage.

Serbia's “Endeavour for eliminating recognition or non-recognitions of states that have recognised Kosovo has been consistent, though with a more sophisticated form or form following the agreement that took place in the White House in the middle of Avdullah Hotiti at the time, American President Trump and Vuciq for a one-year-old mortorium tasking the two countries that Kosovo did not lobby for recognition, until Serbia lobbied on recognition of the already reached<1>

After the activism or the passing of this September 4th deadline, when it only became a year and Kosovo began to look at the possibilities for membership in international organisations, where recently for application to the Council of Europe we have seen a wake up or a public reaction or a public activism of Serbia to lobby countries which for a reason or another reason are more influential than Serbian influence to demand recognition of Kosovo that is not unknown, but it is an additional obligation for the Government of Kosovo and the Ministry of Foreign Minister that is more active to visit, with more countries and more countries to see what Kosovo has chosen, Jabaw.

However, he added, there is fear that the process of recognition will affect Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

Among other things, Jashar confirmed that we need to strengthen ties with the US, because there is a recent breakdown of reports and distance for what they did not do well for the country.

“I think it would be the major impact, although I am afraid that this process relates to the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and the demands the international community has at the address of the Government of Kosovo on certain topics that seem to be an obstacle to Kosovo's path towards new recognition or the preservation of those recognitions that we already have linked to finalising Kosovo dialogue- Serbia is related to implementing the Constitutional Court decisions we have in relation to the Decani Monastery and other terms related to association, and all that remains is strengthening ties with our allies in this case with the United States of America”, he said.

While, Political Science Professor Dorajet Imer stressed that Serbia is constantly engaged in any form to prevent the process of consolidating Kosovo's citizenship.

He stressed that Kosovo has not yet received the greatest number of recognitions, adding that this could have effects as far as recognitions are concerned.

We with Serbia have an open dispute. Serbia consistently engages in any form to prevent the process of consolidating Kosovo's citizenship, and in this respect, of course, that even the process of recognition by some states, which are far away with which Kosovo diplomacy or its partners are hard to approach is very large. So first, we're dealing with a concept that isn't much handled in international law, because recognition represents an irreversible act that states make consciously, and that's consisting of a new fact created. Kosovo is not that it has gone back, continues to be a state that has declared and maintains its citizenship, but that still remains open that theoretical prospect of when a state is considered closed, when a citizenship is considered closed and when not”.

“Recognition is an expression of the political will of the states, but we cannot talk about a state that has consolidated its citizenship, we cannot talk about recognition of that country, we are talking about the Kosovo problem that is probably not yet part of international organisations, we talk about Kosovo that has not yet received the greatest recognition of the members of the international community, and here we can show them the problem and the effect of the recognition”, Imer said.

According to him, through expectations that may come from states that have a different attitude about the Kosovo situation, it could weaken the country's position and thus undermine the consolidation of citizenship.

We have many states in the world that are authoritarianly inclined, which have an undemocratic political structure that does not recognise the western concept of state creation. Those same can write and sign a document driven by corruption, by blackmail, the interests coming from Serbia that does not intend to use the same, and can present a problem in this regard. As long as we've had some letters from such states that have done so shows that they have changed their political will and thus placed a country before a fact already carried out. Through expectations that may come from states that have a different attitude towards the Kosovo situation, Kosovo's position could be weakened and thus prevent its citizenship consolidation”.
