PRO BERLIN CESSI VS HAPUR BALLKAN:
When asked about the Balkan Open, the German Chancellor said the priority is the Berlin Process, but did not strictly say an No, for the Open Balkans.
“As far as the Balkan Open is concerned, I want to make it clear that we give high priority to the Common Regional Market that we think should progress and that the issues inside it can be realised and brought forward. All want to go to the EU there also exist and freedom of movement rules are valid, and anyone who wants to join the EU must follow them”, the German Chancellor said.
