Ramush Haradinaj gives passing marks to Kurti's agreement with Serbia

Haradinaj, in a Facebook post, has said that under this agreement Kosovo's energy sovereignty is not affected, since it has been established with the new KoII Key Agreement. ST- ENT SO-E, where Kosovo's energy borders are internationally recognised, at state borders and the independent operation of COSTT by EMS (Serbia), as a regulatory zone within the OST (Albania). I operation COSTT within the Block with Albania, as you know, is set up with the agreement also recognised by ENTSO, with 26.11.2019”.
He said the first point of “Radmap” was signed by him, while added that if implemented by Serbia is not bad compared to the current situation
