It did so since it is near the 110th anniversary of Albania's independence, “the function of optimism that turns into enthusiasm”.
Rama said that if the leaders of the two municipalities agree, he and Kurti will address this common room.
He said the “slogan, combined”, materialises in the Joint Assembly between the two governments.
In the rest of the optimism that turns into enthusiasm, I worry about it myself. In the function of optimism that turns into enthusiasm, I would propose that, since we are at the 110th anniversary of Albania's independence and the establishment of Albania's independent flag, we have in November the first joint assembly, with both parliaments gathered in a room where we are being given the opportunity and agreed, we are given the privilege to address this common Chamber of Parliament. But in all cases, if we jointly manage to convince both the heads of the congregations, in Kosovo and Stepi, to have this common assembly, then we also share the message to all those who read the meeting slogans that these are empty slogans. The eighth gathering of Kosovo and Albanian governments with the “common to” is materialised in the United Assembly of November, and this too is a worthwhile project, and in the meantime with great satisfaction that the work launched between the two municipalities has gone to a completely different level.
