Girls in Kosovo face sexual assaults in various public places, where there is no real shame in young and old people, attacking and molesting them. For such a case, the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina has recently begun investigations. The subject of the investigation this time is the waitress of the derivative pump restaurant “HIB”, Pristina.

Signal sources within the Prosecutor's Office have indicated that the case occurred at the pump point, on the “Joseph Gervalla” street, in Pristina, in Friday morning hours.

Everything was suspected of happening after the girl went to this pump restaurant to eat and faced the waiter who took the order.

This situation disturbed the victim, who was then trying to escape by fleeing but who did not.

The situation has only been tense, as the suspect was not backed off. In her testimony given to the investigators, the waiter reportedly grabbed hold of her and sent her to the bathroom, where she had locked her door.

Despite her resistance, the waiter had not stopped, continuing to catch her in her hands and neck so that she would not move.

But after a short time, she has managed to leave, and because of her luck at that restaurant, she has seen two police officials from whom she has sought help. Police have accompanied the victim to the police station, which has also received medical treatment.

The police reported the case through a 24-hour report announcing the suspect's arrest.
