She has announced this by means of a post at Twitterı, while saying she is awaiting France's response to the issue of allowing free movement of Kosovo citizens across the Schengen area.
“Okay, but visa liberalisation when will it come? I'm waiting for the answer from France”, she wrote among other things on Twitter.
Schneberg had initiated a petition for visa liberalisation for Kosovo, which has been signed 16,290 times. This petition was also sent to French President Emmanuel Macron, who has yet to answer for this.
On the issue of visa liberalisation, a new guide has been mentioned on the part of Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhely, but from the EC have exposed there will be such initiatives.
