Petition for visa liberalisation for Kosovo, towards 150,000 signatures

In the petition's reasoning, Kosovo has reportedly met all conditions required for visa liberalisation, but is opposed by France and the Netherlands. That for Schneerberger is injustice to Kosovo.
This uneven treatment must finally be completed. Kosovo citizens should no longer be isolated. So, we call for Kosovo to liberalise visas at the next EU summit in June 2022”, the petition call said.

Schneerberger recently spoke of the Express Journal about reasons he was prompted to launch the petition in online space. She has said the petition would be forwarded to the leaders of three main EU institutions, the Commission, the Council, Parliament, as well as the French ambassador to Vienna.
Despite the initiative, however, Schneeberger said Kosovo institutions have not yet contacted him about its initiative.
