He says this is the biggest scandal that has occurred so far during the process.
This is the biggest scandal I've ever seen. It has to do with former Prime Minister Wessel's request. One of the cases that has raised him is the principle of legitimacy. Thus, the principle that no one can be condemned or accused of a crime that was not a criminal offense at the time it was committed. So it protects you from the arbitracity of power that should be a bill-sanctioned act to prosecute”, Pallaska said on the T7 Pressing show.
